The University Bands are two non-auditioned concert bands that meet one evening per week (either Tuesdays or Thursdays) during the Winter semester. These ensembles provide a great opportunity for all interested BYU students and Cougar Marching Band members to continue performing on their instrument as a member of a quality concert band. Repertoire includes wind band classics as well as new wind pieces.
There are no prerequisites.
Add codes are required during the first few days of priority registration for Winter semester to allow students who are required to take the course to register. Registration will then open up to all BYU students. When adding the class, register for the section that corresponds to yoru instrument.
